Whenever one is ready, the Master Comes This quote is very apt for me in this case wherein my wife Vibha told me that we both are going to do “Kriya Yog” with Ms. Krisha Meetu.

I was very excited but was clueless as to what I would be doing. Trusting our own spirits, we both started with the sessions and realised that this was the most valuable Spiritual knowledge which could be acquired.

Ms. Krisha Meetu divided the session very systematically as under:

1. An exercise of around 12 minutes which basically moves all the Chakras of body. This has become a permanent part of my daily routine. I have recorded the same and put it in my cellphone and I do it regularly where ever I go.
2. Meditation – Next part of the session would be meditation with music duly guided by Ms. Meetu.
3. Discourse – Then she would take us across important inputs on Kriya Yog and deepen its understanding. She would also facilitate notes taking.
4. Culmination – The culmination of session would be by singing of hymns which she would do mesmerizingly.

Conclusion – To conclude “Kriya Yog” sessions with Ms. Meetu were life changing for both of us. Her indepth knowledge on the subject, her spiritual connection with ‘Maha Avtar Babji” and her preparation and dedication is of a very high level. I strongly recommend these sessions to one and all.

Greetings to all! Dreams…thoughts…feelings…they all lead to questions that remain unanswerable for most of our lives. Unless you are destined to undergo the process that untangles the strings, decongests the thought process, and brings some clarity to the blurred life one is leading. Having saved Krisha’s contact details for over a year for reasons that unfolded later, my journey with the Angels liberated me. I found myself standing in front of a mirror that reflected my true self…of what I really was. I realized that the situation I was currently in was created by me and that to find my true individualistic self I needed to work on myself… being confident and positive is slowly changing not only my inner self, but my surroundings as well.
